Mon: Dinner salads! And left-over birthday cake!
Tues: Spinach quiche! (My first one!) and Fresh bread!
Wed: Asian noodles with Sunflower seeds and any other veggies we have.
Thursday: 2 day Chicken (Crock pot for 2 days, slooooow cooking) salad sandwich?
Saturday: Left-overs with Cous Cous added.
